Safari Guide is a free application for Mac OS X Tiger that allows developers to evaluate arbitrary XPath expressions against the current front-most Safari webpage.
Using Safari Guide is easy...
• Open a webpage or XML document in a Safari browser window.
• Launch Safari Guide and type an XPath expression into the text field.
• Click 'Evaluate' and watch the sequence of nodes matching your XPath expression appear.
So what is Safari Guide good for?
Safari Guide can be helpful in debuging applications which use XPath.
Also, Safari Guide is a simple, elegant tool with which to learn more about the fascinating XPath language.
