Digital Electronics Reference covers a wide range of concepts that includes:
Boolean Algebra
Logic gates
Logic Families
Combinational Logic

Micro computer basics
Timers
Boolean Algebra - Take a quick look at 'introduction' part and 'laws of boolean algebra' that includes associative law, commutative law, distributive law etc. apart from DeMorgan's Theorem.
Logic Gates - Refer to the AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR and XNOR gates concepts with ease.
Logic Families - This option has two sub divisions viz., Bipolar families and MOS families.
