The Operating Logo is a BMP (97x25) image that will have to be inserted in C:SystemAppsphoneOplogo and will have to be named (for Italy):
222_0_1.bmp for TIM.
222_10_0.bmp for the Vodafone.
222_88_0.bmp for the Wind.
222_99_0.bmp for the H3G.
