Описание программы CNCat PL

CNCat is a tool designed for creation of web-resources catalogue. CNCat is easy to install, set and manage.
PHP, MySql and Zend Optimizer or IonCube is required for CNCat functioning. Multi-language support is implemented at the application (the distribution kit includes English and Russian variants).
