Update Wizard - Ask Cool FTP to check for updates and Cool FTP will update itself.
Move - Allows you to move remote items from one location to another remote location without needing to re-upload to your desired destination.
Throttle - Allows you to control the transfer speed. Great if you need to conserve bandwidth.
