Описание программы HTML Image Splitter

Image Splitter is a powerful tool which allows you to slice images exactly for using them in Web. ImageSplitter can select the most suitable image format (jpeg, gif or png) for each slice automatically. It allows you to reduce size of an image in the best way.
With Image Splitter you can create rollover effects, in which different states of an image are activated when a viewer performs a mouse action (such as rolling or clicking) over a slice.
