Helpmatic Pro HTML is an authoring tool which was developed to be a strong yet simple to use application for developing HTML Help files.
The user interface is fully 'what you see is what you get', and you can view and edit topics exactly how they will appear in the final help file. It has many powerful features that you will find in more expensive commercial products, but at a fraction of the price.
