Описание программы Rander

Rander is a CTI program that offers you advanced capabilities and lets you use your PBX more easy. Rander brings together the two main communication tools - the computer and the telephone.
With Panasonic PBX and Rander working together PC and telephone work as one device. Your company may work far more effectively with Rander as it gives you a basic CTI call center functionality.

· Rander gives you a full control over your PBX lines in real time. You can see the state and the dialled number on any line you choose.
· Rander lets you dial external or internal phones by just selecting them from the phonebook. No need to dial such a long numbers manually anymore - your PC will do it for you.
· When incoming call arrives Rander searches the CallerID number in the phonebook and displays the found item data on your PC screen.
· Rander logs all the calls into the central database.
· Client-server architecture allows Rander to be used all over the enterprise LAN.
