Описание программы Wallix Pro

Wallix Pro firewall will prevent intruders from accessing your computer and this is the main objective for a computer firewall.
It automatically detects and blocks attacks through a comprehensive examination of all inbound and outbound information to your computer.
Firewalls can be software based but there are also specific hardware devices which are implemented with LAN protection systems (routers, switches, modems). They can all have firewall functions, even advanced ones.
Basically, a firewall's task is to keep in sight the traffic between a computer or a network with different areas of trust you previously set up (a home/office network, private access points).
In military aspects a firewall is also known as the BPD (Border Protection Device). To put it simple, a PC firewall has the same functions with the building firewalls (protection).
There are three types of firewalls where the traffic is:
· between a single node and the network (two or more networks)
· tracked or not at the firewall
· intercepted at the software/network layer
