Winfilter is a great tool designed to help you hide/unhide desktop, start menu, and quick launch icons, hides/unhides files, folders and drives on your computer, and restricts others' behavior on your computer, for example, prevents your friends or your children from changing the desktop wallpaper.
Winfilter also can be password-protected to prevent others from running it.
