Описание программы i Catcher Console

Users can build a complete CCTV system from i-Catcher Console very easily using a variety of feed sources, including simple USB web cams, traditional composite video cameras (using appropriate capture cards), and the latest network cameras.
These feeds are then displayed together on the console PC, as well as (optionally) being available to other computers on your network or the internet via the built-in web server system.
i-Catcher Console's flexibility allows you to play back images while recording, either as a continuous sequence, or in a loop, showing you the most recent activity on any given feed. Playback is instant, leaving behind the days of hunting for tapes and rewinding them to the right place, i-Catcher jumps to the required time and date straight away.
Security is built into the i-Catcher family of products, using various techniques to ensure the validity and integrity of the stored image files. Still images are recorded with a signature, such that when an image is played back that is lacking this signature, i-Catcher Console will immediately bring to your attention that the image may have been tampered with.
Automatic removal of old images and scheduling features ensure minimal maintenance on your CCTV system, while the remote administration features allow you to control most settings without needing to be at the PC itself.
Using the i-Catcher product family, with i-Catcher Console as the centre, it is possible to construct a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system of unprecedented capabilities, with minimal maintenance, and alerting flexibility that is normally only found on top of the range solutions. Coupled with the web interface system, you can build CCTV systems with the greatest amount of flexibility and scope.
