Описание программы savIRC

savIRC is a useful utility with the help of which you will be able to connect to multiple servers simultaneously, send and receive files from people, and chat in real time.
No waiting. No hassles. This version, fixes a lot of bugs, and has some GUI enhancements, along with a speed boost.
